Servo Raising Mechanism
The raising mechanism is the core part of the towel loom’s terry (raising) function. We adopt a new structure: a servo motor is used as the raising motor, coordinated with a reducer to ensure the high efficiency and stability of the towel raising process. This design makes weaving special varieties more convenient and faster.
Servo Hair Warp Tension System
The JA93T towel air-jet loom controls the hair warp tension by adjusting the forward and backward movement of the hair warp tension rod through a torque motor. This control system is not only simple to operate but also plays an important role in accurately controlling the raising height.
In the manufacturing process of the towel loom, the consistency of towel loop (pile) height is an important criterion for evaluating performance. The precise control device for hair warp consumption, independently designed and developed by our company, feeds real-time data back to the system. Through system adjustments, the amount of hair warp used during weaving can be accurately calculated, ensuring that the towel height remains consistent every time.
